The roller of cylindrical roller bearing is in line contact with raceway and has large radial load capacity. It is not only suitable for bearing heavy load and impact load, but also suitable for high-speed rotation. This kind of bearing belongs to separate type bearing, which is very convenient for installation and disassembly. It is divided into single row, double row and multi row. The single row cylindrical roller bearing is widely used. Generally, it can only bear radial load, and only single row bearing with inner and outer rings with ribs can bear smaller constant axial load.
Cylindrical roller bearings are available in a wide range of designs, series, variants and sizes. The main design differences are the number of roller rows and the inner/outer ring flanges as well as cage designs and materials.
Whether the seal
Cylindrical roller bearings are also available in sealed or split designs. In sealed bearings, the rollers are protected from contaminants, water and dust, while providing lubricant retention and contaminant exclusion. This provides lower friction and longer service life. Split bearings are intended primarily for bearing arrangements which are difficult to access, such as crank shafts, where they simplify maintenance and replacements.
Precautions when using
In normal use, vibration is very sensitive to bearing damage, peeling, indentation, corrosion, crack, wear and so on will be reflected in the bearing vibration measurement. Therefore, by using a special bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.), the vibration can be measured, and the specific situation of abnormal can be inferred from the frequency distribution. The measured values are different due to the service conditions of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
High temperature is often used to indicate that the cylindrical roller bearing is in abnormal condition. High temperature is also harmful to bearing lubricants. Sometimes overheating of the bearing can be attributed to the lubricant of the bearing. If the temperature of the bearing exceeds 125 ℃ for a long time, the service life of the bearing will be reduced. The causes of high temperature bearing include: insufficient or excessive lubrication, impurities in bearing raceway, high limit speed, long-term overload operation of bearing, etc.
