  • What are the reasons of abnormal temperature rising?

     The equipment is defective: Modify the processing accuracy of the axis and the shell, modify the accuracy of the equipment and the equipment methods. The creepage of the coordination surface and too big sealing device conflict: Replace the bearing, discuss about the coordination, modify the axis and the shell, and change the sealing methods. 
  • What are the reasons of the large metal noise?

    Lack of lubrication agent or improper lubrication: Supplement lubrication agent and select proper lubrication agent. Abnormal load: Modify the coordination, discuss the bearing clearance, adjust load and modify the shell shoulder’s location.   • What are the reasons of abnormal noise?

    When there is impurity, replace the bearing, clear the parts, improve the sealing device and utilize the clean lubrication agent. When the clearance is too big, discuss about the coordination and the bearing clearance and modify the preload. Spherical injury and peeling, replace the bearing. 
  • What are the reasons of normal noise?

    Surface deformation: Replace the bearing and pay attention to its application. Indentation, erosion and scar at the rolling surface because of the impurity, replace the bearing, clear the parts, improve the sealing device and utilize clean lubrication agent. The peeling of the raceway surface, replace the bearing. 
  • What are the reasons of bearings’ strong vibration?

     The equipment is defective: Modify the erthyphoria point of axis, shell shoulder right angle and linear side. Surface deformation: Pay attention to the displacement operation of the bearing. When there is impurity, replace the bearing, clear the parts and improve the sealing device, etc. Peeling, replace the bearing. 
  • Whey does the rolling bearing need lubrication? What are the lubrication methods?

     Lubrication is of great importance to the rolling bearing. The lubricating agent in the bearing can not only decrease the friction force but also has the functions of dissipating heat, lessening touching stress, absorbing vibration and avoiding rust, etc. The commonly used lubrication methods of bearings are: oil lubrication and grease lubrication. In addition, there is solid lubrication-agent lubrication. 
  • What is the preload of the rolling bearing? Why does the rolling bearing need preload?

    Preload refers to the axial force that generating and keeping in the bearing with some kind of methods in installation to eliminate the axial clearance in the bearing and cause deformation when the rolling element touches the inner-ring and outer-ring. With the preload, the bearing’s rotational accuracy can be raised, the bearing device’s rigidity is increased, and the machine’s axial vibration can be decreased. So the preloaded rolling bearing is often utilized. 
  • Why the ball bearing’s ε is lower than the rolling bearing’s ε while calculating the rolling bearing’s life?

    Since the rolling bearing theoretically is line touching and the ball bearing is point touching, the load of rolling bearing is larger. So its ε is bigger and its life is longer. 
  • Why should the rolling bearing carry out static load calculation?

    Static load refers to the load that acts on the bearing when the bearing’s ring is at the rotational speed 0 or at a relative low rotational speed. In order to avoid great touching force and permanent deformation when the rolling bearing undertakes the static load, static load calculation is necessary. 
  • What is the dynamic equivalent load?

    If the rolling bearing undertakes the joint load composed of radial and axial load, the practical load must be converted to the dynamic equivalent load that corresponds with the load conditions for determining the basic rated dynamic load in order to calculate the life under the same condition. It is represented with P.
