Why is the radial clearance of deep groove ball bearings so important?
(1) The cleaned ball bearing should be inspected. The bearing should be free of damage, rust and flexible rotation without abnormal noise. Check the conformity of bearing type and size, pin and bearing seat, and do not install it until the requirements are met.
(2) During assembly, the pressure applied to the ball bearing should be evenly distributed and perpendicular to the end face, and it is forbidden to be loaded on one side. Select the force point according to the mounting relationship. When the bearing is mounted on the pin, the pressure should be applied to the inner ring of the bearing.
1.When mounting, the bearing and shaft shoulder should be close together. After assembling the bearing with grease, 65% to 80% of the cavity volume of clean grease is injected into the bearing cavity. Bearings lubricated with thin oil must not be greased.
