Immersion cleaning process

1. Add the Colleen-306 stock solution to the tank (preferably plastic or stainless steel tank to reduce the infiltration of iron ions into Colleen-306 and reduce the service life);

2. Use electric heater to heat Colleen-306 to 40-50 degrees and keep it at room temperature.

3. Soak the workpiece into the tank;

4. If it is necessary to further improve efficiency, circulation pump can be added to stir the tank liquid;

5. Remove the workpiece after all the rust is dissolved, and rinse it with water-based rust inhibitor;

6. Dry or dry naturally after rinsing, or dehydrate directly to prevent rust;

7. When necessary, carry out comprehensive rust prevention and transfer to the next process.

Wipe cleaning process

1. With a cloth Jiao Corinne 306 repeatedly wipe, this method is suitable for large equipment or workpiece cleaning rust;

2. After wiping, dry with hot air or natural dry and coated with antirust oil.
