The tapered roller bearing belongs to the separated type bearing, and both the inner and outer rings of the bearing have tapered raceways. This type of bearing is divided into

different structural types based on the number of rows of installed rollers, such as single row, double row, and four row tapered roller bearings. Single row tapered roller bearings

can withstand radial loads and axial loads in a single direction. When the bearing is subjected to radial load, an axial force will be generated, so another bearing capable of

withstanding opposite axial forces is needed for balance.

The type code of tapered roller bearings is 30000, and tapered roller bearings are separable bearings. In general, especially within the size range mentioned in GB/T307.1-94

Rolling Bearings, the outer ring and inner components of tapered roller bearings can be interchanged 100% universally.

The angle of the outer ring and the diameter of the outer raceway have been standardized and specified to be the same as the external dimensions. Changes are not allowed

during design and manufacturing. To enable universal interchangeability between the outer ring and inner components of tapered roller bearings worldwide.

Conical roller bearings are mainly used to withstand combined radial and axial loads, mainly radial loads. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, it has a larger load-

bearing capacity and lower limit speed. Conical roller bearings can withstand axial loads in one direction and limit axial displacement of the shaft or casing in one direction.

The rolling element is a radial rolling bearing of cylindrical rollers. The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearings adopts a parallel arrangement of rollers, with spacing

retainers or isolation blocks installed between the rollers to prevent tilting or friction between the rollers, effectively preventing an increase in rotational torque.

The cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings. It has a large load capacity and mainly bears radial loads. The rolling element has little friction with the

retaining edge of the ring, making it suitable for high-speed rotation. According to the presence or absence of retaining edges on the ring, there are single row cylindrical

roller bearings such as NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF, and double row cylindrical roller bearings such as NNU and NN. This bearing is a separable structure with inner and outer rings.

Cylindrical roller bearings without retaining edges on the inner or outer ring can move relative to the axial direction, making them suitable for use as free end bearings. A

cylindrical roller bearing with double retaining edges on one side of the inner and outer rings, and a single retaining edge on the other side of the ring, which can withstand

a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, steel plate stamped cages or copper alloy solid cages are used. But there is also a portion that uses polyamide

formed cages.

1. The roller and raceway are in line contact or repaired line contact, with a large radial bearing capacity, suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads.

2. The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speeds, and the maximum speed is close to that of deep groove ball bearings.

3. N-type and NU type can move axially and adapt to changes in the relative position between the shaft and the casing caused by thermal expansion or installation errors.

They can be used as free end supports.

4. The machining requirements for the shaft or seat hole are high, and the relative deviation of the outer ring axis after bearing installation should be strictly controlled to

avoid contact stress concentration.

5. The inner or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
