The electric insulation bearing adopts special spraying technology, the outer surface of the bearing is sprayed with high quality coating film, the coating film and the substrate binding force is strong, the insulation performance is good, can avoid the induction current on the bearing electric erosion, to prevent the current on the grease, rolling body, raceway damage, improve the service life of the bearing. Special spraying process can form a layer of uniform thickness, adhesion is the extremely strong uniform coating, and then further treatment, so that it can not be affected by moisture and humidity.
Features and benefits:
1. Protection against electrical erosion
With insulating properties integrated into the bearing, INSOCOAT bearings can improve reliability and increase machine uptime by virtually eliminating the problem of electrical erosion.
 2. High electrical resistance
The aluminum oxide coating provides a minimum electrical resistance of 200 M and can withstand voltages up to 3 000 V DC.
 3. Consistent electrical performance
Plasma-spray coatings are normally hygroscopic and, therefore, vulnerable to penetration caused by condensation. To protect against this effect, INSOCOAT bearings are treated with a unique sealant.
