Conical roller bearings are a type of separated rolling bearings with tapered inner and outer raceways. This type of bearing can withstand radial loads and axial loads in a

The characteristics of tapered roller bearings include smooth operation, ability to withstand heavy loads, and easy adjustment and disassembly. They are widely used in 

fields such as automobiles, mechanical manufacturing, metallurgy, aviation, and ships, such as wheel hub bearings, transmission bearings, steering knuckle bearings, 

machine tool spindles and feed shafts, engineering machinery, engines, transmissions, drive axles, and other key parts. The machining accuracy of tapered roller bearings 

is high, and the surface hardness is large, so they can withstand large forces and impacts


This type of bearing is equipped with a conical roller with a large inner ring edge. The roller is designed to intersect the vertices of the inner ring raceway surface, outer 

ring raceway surface, and each conical surface of the roller rolling surface at a point on the bearing centerline. Single row bearings can withstand radial and unidirectional 

axial loads, while double row bearings can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads, suitable for bearing heavy and impact loads


Contact chest( α) There are three types of bearings: small cone angle, medium cone angle, and large cone angle. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial load 

capacity. The outer ring and inner components (inner ring, roller, and cage components) can be separated for easy assembly and disassembly. Bearings with auxiliary codes 

"J" or "JR" have international interchangeability.


This type of bearing also commonly uses British series products, mainly suitable for retaining frames: steel plate stamped retaining frames, synthetic resin formed retaining
