Deep groove ball bearings have a radial ball bearing with a continuous groove raceway with a cross-section of approximately one-third of the circumference of the ball. This type
of ball bearing, due to its deep raceway, can withstand significant axial thrust. After selecting the 6205 model, it can be used by looking up the table. The diameter of the rotating
shaft and bearing mating part of this bearing is 25 millimeters, and the thickness and outer ring size of the bearing are known numbers. This allows for the design of the bearing
seat and other related dimensions.
When using various types of bearings, the main focus is on the requirements for bearing capacity. The data manual related to bearing design is available, and the main dimen-
sions such as inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness can be found. The diameter and quantity of ball bearings, rollers, and needles are not the concern of designers and
users, as stated in the manual. This issue was determined and mastered by the designers and manufacturers of bearings. I have been dealing with bearings for many years
and have never deliberately counted the number of balls and measured the size.
It doesn't matter whether you find the size you mentioned or not. If you really want to find it, it's probably not included in the bearing standards. Only in the manufacturing
department of this type of bearing can you find the drawings.
